The Endotine Lift is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure designed to address sagging skin and tissues in the face, particularly around the brow and mid-face areas. The procedure utilizes a unique bioabsorbable device known as the Endotine implant, which provides support and elevation to the targeted areas. The process begins with the administration of local anesthesia or sedation to ensure patient comfort. Small incisions are made in inconspicuous areas, such as the hairline or within natural skin folds, to minimize visible scarring. Through these incisions, the surgeon inserts the Endotine device, which features small tines or hooks that gently grasp and lift the underlying tissue. The device is then secured in place, providing immediate elevation and support to the sagging areas.

Once the Endotine device is positioned correctly, the incisions are closed with sutures, and the patient is typically allowed to return home the same day. The bioabsorbable nature of the Endotine implant means that it will gradually dissolve over several months, during which time the lifted tissues will have stabilized in their new position. Recovery from an Endotine Lift is generally quicker than traditional facelift procedures, with most patients experiencing mild swelling and bruising that subsides within a week or two. The results of the Endotine Lift can be seen almost immediately, with continued improvement as the swelling decreases and the tissues settle. Patients are advised to follow post-operative care instructions closely to ensure optimal healing and results.
